It all started with an idea...

This is Karni M ata ji temple, D eshnok, Bikaner (Rajasthan). There are nearly 25000 rats live and reserved in the temple. These holy rats are called “ kabbas ”. Out of 25000 rats, there are few white rats which are considered to be especially holy. Sighting them is a special blessing and there is no case of any disease being spread by these rats till date. Above all these facts, I feel lucky myself that I was able to capture such a gathering.
