In this picture, You can find almost all things which depict the rajasthani touch. The art drawn in background wall, the "bandhej printed safa" And these playing instruments.The specific musical instruments like khartaal, dholak, bansuri etc, they make the rajasthani folk songs unique. They narrate their lifestyle stories in their songs.  I liked the way they welcome us in this live session in chokhi dhani, Jaipur, Rajasthan. 

The exquisite hand works of Rajasthan is popular all around the world. It is hard to beat in beauty and brilliance of handicrafts of Rajasthan. This state's craftsmen  produce a mind blowing array of goods that make for stunning  souvenirs.

R ajasthani cuisine was influenced by both the war-like lifestyles of its inhabitants and the availability of ingredients in this arid region. Food that could last for several days and could be eaten without heating was preferred. Scarcity of water and fresh green vegetables have all had their effect on the cooking. One can find diversity in their culture, climate as well as in "Rajasthani Cuisine". Dal- Bati - Churma , B ikaneri B hujiya , Bajre ki Roti (Millet bread), L ehsun ki chutney, Rasgullas from B ikaner and G hevar combined to form a delicious  "Rajasthani Thali”

"O  maahri  !  ghoomar   che   nakhrali  ye  maa ..“ ( ओ म्हारी घूमर छे नखराळी ऐ माँ) Ghoomar  and  kaal-beliya  are on the list of folk dance of Rajasthan. You can't resist yourself  to dance on these songs. These  ghoomar  and  kaal-beliya  folk dance have international recognition .

As desert is the highlight of Rajasthan. It’s a sea of sand and to cross this one needs a ship – “The ship of Desert "Camel safari is nothing less than thrilling and exciting way to taste the rural desert life of Rajasthan .

A land where Royalty is the way of living. Welcome to Rajasthan- "Cultural Capital of India " B e it architecture , costumes, cuisine, local dialects, arts and crafts of its festivals, you can also find a unique charm and plethora of celebrations while travelling around this state. I think, a visit to this place should be in everyone's bucket list.

Rajasthan is famous for its grand Havelis, Forts , Temples and Palaces. One can feel the uncanny significance of royal families in these forts. You do not read the history here because you can see through the historical facts by visiting these large forts.
